Land based training

leave a comment »

Land based training normally involves a rountine of runs, weights and pool side training for my club. We usually do long runs or farkleks, depending on the needs for the coming race, lift some weights and then proceed to the swimming pool for some pool side rowing. The club usually train 3 times a week and nearer to the race, 4 times a week. For more details on training, check out the technique page on my club’s web site, written by yours truely, with lots of help from other sites of course.
